The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is seeking your input for its 2023 Client Satisfaction Survey.
If you used one or more of SBP’s services in 2023, you may get a short five-minute survey about your experience this November or December.
Take this opportunity to help SBP shape your next customer experience and complete the survey to let SBP know how we did and if we were able to help you achieve the outcomes you need.
Surveys for each eligible service will roll out on a staggered basis. Services included in these surveys are listed in the chart below. You will also find more information in this question and answer document.

Depending on the kinds of services you received, you may receive more than one survey. For example, if you rented a CVA pool vehicle and sold items through our SaskSurplus disposal program, you will receive a survey for each service. SBP encourages you to complete each of these surveys, to understand specifically how each of those services are performing.
The results of the 2023 Client Satisfaction Survey will be compiled and reported back to clients in April 2024.
