The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is seeking your input for its 2025 Client Satisfaction Surveys.
If you used one or more of SBP’s services in 2025, you may receive a short five-minute survey about your experience this November or December.
Please take this opportunity to help SBP shape your next customer experience. Completing the survey will let SBP staff know how they did and if they were able to help you achieve the outcomes you needed.
Surveys for each eligible service will roll out on a staggered basis. Services included in these surveys are listed in the chart below. You will also find more information in this Key Messages and Question and Answers (KMQA) document.

Depending on the kinds of services you used, you may receive more than one survey. For example, if you rented a vehicle through CVA and ordered a new photo ID for yourself or an employee, you may receive two surveys, one for each service provided. SBP encourages you to complete each of these surveys, so that we can understand how each of those services are performing.
The results of the 2025 Client Satisfaction Survey will be compiled and reported back to clients in April 2026.
