Fiscal year-end is approaching and as a result all employees must ensure timecards for the year (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025) are accurate and submitted to their manager on time. This will help to ensure that pay, paid time off balances (e.g., sick leave, vacation leave, scheduled days off, etc.), carry over values and financial records are accurate for fiscal year end processes. Please note that timecard approval deadlines are not just critical at year-end. The deadlines throughout the year help ensure that pay is processed accordingly.
Out-of-scope (M1) Timecard Deadline
March 1 - 31 Pay Period
All out-of-scope timecards for the March 1 – 31 pay period must be submitted and approved by the manager in PSC Client by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3.
Term, Part-time and Labour Service (B1) and In-Scope Permanent (B2) Timecard Deadlines
March 9 - March 22 Pay Period
All permanent in-scope employee timecards for the March 9 – March 22 pay period must be submitted and approved by the manager in PSC Client by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20.
All term, part-time and labour service in-scope employee timecards for the March 9 – March 22 pay period must be submitted and approved by the manager in PSC Client by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24.
March 23 - April 5 Pay Period
All in-scope timecards (both permanent as well as term, part-time and labour service employees) for the March 23 – April 5 pay period must be submitted and approved by the manager in PSC Client by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3.
