Formed in 1992, AGEN is a unique organization dedicated to promoting a supportive environment for Aboriginal employees within the workplace and raising awareness around Aboriginal issues.
We assist in the process of building positive relationships and partnerships with the Government of Saskatchewan's ministries, agencies, boards, commissions and Crown corporations.

Objectives
- Support the AGEN Membership through the provision of effective programs;
- Strengthen working relationships with AGEN's Contributing Partners using a collaborative approach that strategically aligns with the Government of Saskatchewan's priorities;
- Promote awareness of Aboriginal culture to improve cross cultural understanding and workplace inclusion; and
- To develop leadership and management capacity at all levels within the Government of Saskatchewan
