Position management refers to several different processes including establishing new positions, changing headcounts on positions, eliminating positions, reactivating positions and changing HR Org on positions.
It also includes mass reorganizations and updating positions.

Position Management
To initiate a position creation/change, submit a ticket case to Human Resources (HCM) stream using the TCM system.
It should be used to establish a new position, change to position headcount, reactivation of position and changes to HR Org.
Mass Reorganization
Position management also refers to mass reorganization.
