The following Requests for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) are available to the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) and for authorized representatives of a municipality, academia, school, and health care (MASH) sector or First Nations school. There will be no obligation on behalf of the GOS, MASH sector entity or First Nations School, to the supplier for goods and/or services not specifically requested. GOS will not bear any responsibility or liability associated with goods/services requested by the duly authorized MASH sector entity or First Nations School.
Pre-qualified supplier lists include:
RFSQ 8602 Office Seating or Chairs
GOS is piloting a mandatory use of the office seating pre-qualification list. Mandatory use of the list is for executive government. Although this process will be mandatory, the Procurement Management Division reserves the right to use alternative purchasing methods if requested by a ministry. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The pre-qualified supply list for office seating products is for use across all of government. The scope of work includes a selection of pre-qualified task, nesting, conference and guest seating products in a tiered budget system as follows:

RFSQ 8878 Modular Wall Systems
GOS has established a pre-qualified supplier list for design, supply, delivery, installation and reconfiguration of modular wall systems for use across all of government. Modular wall systems are non-permanent, flexible and adaptable so they can be used in a variety of workspace configurations. They are reuseable, which creates sustainability and eliminates concerns about ongoing costs from demolishing permanent walls.

RFSQ 8886 Moving Services for Employee Relocations
GOS has established a pre-qualified supplier list for moving services for employee relocations for use across all of government. The deliverables include:
- Line haul transportation;
- Packing and unpacking services;
- Full value protection coverage; and
- Storage.
